Well black Friday is this friday and we don’t fight here in Canada it’s basically packed but we don’t do like trampling we just get what we get and we don’t get upset and when it’s sold out we don’t get mad we just get a little upset here
@Bun bun pie Edits and more!! Even your Black Fridays are polite lol jk. I always buy online so I can neither confirm nor deny if what we see on the news is true but it’s more entertaining to think it’s like the Hunger Games.
A quick clarification, Rinrin: In the Southern states, where I’m from, our Thanksgiving takes place on November 15 or any Friday late in the month of November, as our President Jefferson Davis set apart the day of November 15 in 1861, which was a Friday, as a day of national humility and prayer instead of using the day Lincoln or Roosevelt set aside. Pretty neat, huh? Lots of Southerners have given up on celebrating Thanksgiving in the way their ancestors did, but many of us still follow the traditions of our Southern ancestors, including my family; we love it!
As far as I know, we don’t have an equivalent to it; it’s actually still kind of a foreign concept to me that I haven’t quite wrapped my mind around entirely, lol.
I usually go and bust my huge family, usually renting out a church so that we can fit everyone. It’s the only time besides Christmas that I get to possibly see my whole family!
1 day early but all well everything is nice Danke!
