in Romania, we still celebrate st. nicholas on the 6th of December where kids put their shoes in front of the door and he will bring you sweets and chocolates if you have been good all year (no big presents, just small/edible ones because all the big gifts come on Christmas)

Regarding fact # 33 – on April 17, 6 BC, Uranus was in very close conjunction with one of the brighter stars in the sky, creating what looked like a very bright single star. This is what the Wise Men would have probably followed. Which means, Jesus was born on April 17, not December 25, and the calendar is 6 years behind where it should be ( this year should have been 2023, not 2017).
